Welcome to Voxyon. By accessing or using voxyon.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. They are written in plain English — not legalese — because we believe you deserve to understand what you're agreeing to.

1. Who We Are

Voxyon is a global opinion polling platform operated by Xdecoders Programming Services Pvt. Ltd., based in Punjab, India. We allow anyone in the world to vote on daily questions and see results visualised by country on an interactive world map.

When we say "Voxyon", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms, we mean Xdecoders Programming Services Pvt. Ltd. and the Voxyon platform. When we say "you" or "user", we mean anyone who visits or uses voxyon.com.

2. Accepting These Terms

By visiting voxyon.com, voting on any poll, submitting a question, or interacting with any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use Voxyon.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Voxyon after any update means you accept the revised terms.

3. Using Voxyon

3.1 No Account Required

Voxyon does not require you to create an account to vote. We detect your country automatically using your IP address. No registration, no email, no password — ever.

3.2 One Vote Per Person Per Poll

Each poll allows one vote per person. We enforce this using IP address hashing and browser fingerprinting. Attempting to vote multiple times on the same poll — through VPNs, proxies, multiple devices, or any other method — is a violation of these terms and undermines the integrity of the platform for everyone.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Voxyon. If you are under 13, please do not use this platform. If you are between 13 and 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

3.4 Accurate Information

When submitting questions or interacting with the platform, you agree to provide honest and accurate information. Do not impersonate any person, organisation, or entity.

4. Acceptable Use

Voxyon is a platform for genuine global opinion. You agree to use it in good faith. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Voting multiple times on the same poll through any method
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software to manipulate poll results
• Submitting questions that contain hate speech, racism, discrimination, or content targeting individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability
• Submitting questions designed to spread misinformation, incite violence, or manipulate political opinion
• Submitting questions that contain personal information about identifiable private individuals
• Attempting to access, scrape, or copy Voxyon's data, code, or content without written permission
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform, its servers, or its infrastructure
• Using Voxyon for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Posting or submitting content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove any content, reject any submitted question, and restrict access to any user who violates these terms — without notice and without liability.

5. Questions You Submit

Voxyon allows users to submit questions for consideration as future polls. When you submit a question, you understand and agree to the following:

• Submission does not guarantee your question will be published. We review all submissions and publish only those that meet our editorial standards.
• By submitting a question, you grant Voxyon a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, publish, and display that question on the platform.
• You confirm that your submitted question does not violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, or contain any prohibited content as described in Section 4.
• We may edit submitted questions for clarity, grammar, or length before publishing.

6. Poll Results and Data

Poll results on Voxyon represent the votes cast by users of the platform. They are not statistically representative surveys of any country's population and should not be treated as such.

Results are provided for entertainment, curiosity, and general interest. Voxyon makes no claims about the scientific accuracy or representativeness of any poll result.

All aggregated, anonymised poll data displayed on Voxyon is the property of Voxyon. You may share individual poll results for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution to voxyon.com. You may not reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit Voxyon's data without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

Everything on Voxyon — including but not limited to the design, logo, world map visualisation, code, copy, branding, and the Voxyon name itself — is the intellectual property of Xdecoders Programming Services Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Voxyon without our explicit written permission.

The Voxyon V logo and the Voxyon wordmark are trademarks of Xdecoders Programming Services Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We collect minimal data — your vote, your approximate country (detected from your IP address), and a hashed browser fingerprint used solely to prevent duplicate votes. We never store your raw IP address, name, email, or any personally identifiable information.

9. Third-Party Services

Voxyon uses a small number of third-party services to operate the platform:

Google AdSense

We display advertisements served by Google. Google may use cookies to personalise ads based on your browsing behaviour. You can opt out via Google's Ad Settings.

ipapi.co

We use this service to detect the country associated with your IP address. This allows your vote to appear on the correct country on the world map. No personal data is stored.

Vercel

Our platform is hosted on Vercel. Their infrastructure processes requests to voxyon.com. Vercel's own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Links to third-party websites from Voxyon do not constitute endorsement.

10. Disclaimers

Voxyon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Poll results on Voxyon are not scientific surveys. They reflect only the votes of people who chose to participate on this platform and should not be used to make important decisions or presented as representative of any country's population.

We are not responsible for any decisions made based on poll results displayed on Voxyon.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Xdecoders Programming Services Pvt. Ltd. and Voxyon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Voxyon shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim. Since Voxyon is free to use, this amount is zero.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Voxyon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, India.

If you are accessing Voxyon from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws to the extent they apply.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your access to Voxyon at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or if we need to do so for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Since Voxyon does not require accounts, restrictions are applied at the network and device level. Attempting to circumvent a restriction is itself a violation of these terms.

14. Changes to Voxyon

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Voxyon at any time without notice or liability. We may add new features, remove existing ones, or change how the platform works at our sole discretion.
